It’s always good to have a number of social welfare do when your time from your busy schedule and helping others. You need something positive out of your holiday too good to help others or teaching poor children. Volunteering in Africa is a great way to do this because there are many things you can do on your holiday in Africa or gap year. Many countries in Africa are still being developed and many people who are uneducated or suffer from various diseases and need your help. They will surely welcome you with open hearts. This is a fun way to learn their culture and know the conditions they face.

Here are some of the activities you can do in Africa:

1. Maximum proportion of the population of Africa are illiterate and have not even basic knowledge of hygiene and communication with outside world. They want to learn, but the scarcity of schools and teachers, they are unable to get to know. You can be their teacher and mentor and are able to English or any other topic that can help them lead a better life to learn. It does not mean you need a teacher, but just knowledge and a will to do something for them your way easy. The population of Africa are harmless, but are a quick learner. You can help them by assisting a teacher or a teacher. 2. You can also work for the various programs on the preservation of the continent to save the nature and wildlife. Africa is facing depletion of natural resources that the cause of the collapse of the economy too. The reduction in rainfall over the last few years lead to the loss of natural resources and creating wildlife imbalance in the continent. There are many programs that preserve in different countries of Africa to the saving natural resources and protecting the extinction of flora and fauna. If you love nature and wildlife than you can participate in these programs and conservation to help preserve wildlife. This does not only involve the planting of trees, but the student / researcher can devote their research time volunteering in Africa and the implementation of their research for their thesis or help with the official investigation currently underway.3. Working at home is also a nice thing to do in Africa, as you will love, care and attention to children and will help them in other ways, such as encouraging them for studies, sports, dance and other such activities.

Volunteer programs are a great way to spend your holiday in a better way to use and gives you a sense of pride and satisfaction that you did some good work for needy.
